President & CEO, Cape Breton Partnership
Keith MacDonald graduated from Cape Breton University with degrees in Business Administration and Community Studies and has been working in the economic development field for close to 20 years. He launched his career in 1997 as the coordinator for the Mabou and Area Community Development Association and he currently holds the position of President and CEO of the Cape Breton Partnership. In this role, Keith oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and reports to a Board of 20 business leaders that represent a broad base of industry sectors from across Cape Breton and Mulgrave Area. He is an active volunteer in the community and is currently a member of the Sydney Rotary Club, the Sydney River Kinsmen Club, the CBU Alumni Association, Talbot House, and he sits on the Board of Governors for Cape Breton University.
